Along this 720000 meter square concrete slab, 1600 meter of wharf. Under, 2819 supporting piles. Above, the fifteen cranes of the first phase, ready to meet world biggest vessels from december 2005. All working station are fully equiped with hi-tech radio recognition container localisation, which makes handling faster (less than 90 seconds for a full take off-landing one) and reduce service mistaking risk. Also, these cranes are able to handle two containers in a row for a maxi weight of 65 tons and a 60 meter range. On left background, the PC harbour center (glass building).
