Track and Field trainer (pentathlon) Giuseppe GENTILE. 33 times National, two-time triple jump world winner in the Mexico Olympic Games (1968). Nephew of famous philosopher Giovanni Gentile, Maestro dello Sport. Achievements: Italian triple jump title: 1965, 1966, 1968, 1970, 1971, 1968 long jump. Olympic Games: 3/1968 triple jump, disqualified. Qualified/1972 triple jump. Participated in the European outdoor championships in 1962, 1966, 1969, 1971, and indoor 1970
Was ranked 1st in Chorzow(1968), Sarajevo(1970), Rome(1968), Trieste(1968), 2nd in Milan (1972), 3rd and qualified in Mexico (1968) and Turin (1971). Film : played the role of the mythological creature Jason in a Pier Paolo Pasolini film.
