In this tomb excavated on the site of Monterenzio, Daniele Vitali’s team discovered sophisticated Etruscan funerary furnishings, including a large vase which contained wine, bowls, goblets, plates full of offerings of food, and a “skifos”, a 2-handled bowl typically found in a woman’s tomb. The unique characteristic of this tomb is the presence of a Celtic fibule, once more indicating the mixing of the two cultures.
