30 km east of Paris, near the town of Charny, the IRRAP archeological team has unearthed a Celtic village on the TGV Est path. The main house was built on hundreds on wooden stilts. Such research and discoveries counter common misconceptions about the Celts, revealing them to be a society focused on agriculture and animal breeding.
