The Saint Peter and Saint Paul Cathedral's arrow, located in the center
of the fortress of the same name. Completely covered, the building is
currently undergoing restoration in light of the city's upcoming
tricentennial celebrations. The arrow, 122 meters high, was the culminating
point of the city until the construction of a television transmitter in the
sixties. It is surmounted by an archangel weather vane covered in golden
leaves and is one of the city's symbol's.
