On one of the Porta Marina Suburban Baths dressing room walls, a painting depicts a man performing cunnilingus on a young woman whose legs are spread wide open. The crudeness of this type of scene should not be shocking, as all types of sexual acts were commonly practiced. The bath was a place to heal the body and to meet others.
