Between the two towers, the narrow passage allows to admire the view on the steep slopes of the roof covering the structure of the nave. It is surmounted by the arrow, which rises to 96 meters at the transept crossing. The west gable of the roof of the nave is surmounted by an angel musician (closeup photo 15). The large gallery that runs along the base of the tower is decorated with chimeras imagined and disposed by Viollet le Duc in nineteen century. Altitude 40 meters.
